Catherine Tate
Catherine Jane Ford, born 5 December 1969 She is a famous English comedian actor, writer, and actress. Her performance in The Catherine Tate Show, the BBC sketch comedy show has won her numerous accolades. Tate has also been nominated for seven BAFTAs as well as an International Emmy Award. Tate was Donna Noble's character in Doctor Who's Christmas special in 2006. She then reprised the role, and was the Tenth Doctor's regular companion in the fourth season of the 2008 series.
Following The Catherine Tate Show's success, Tate played Joanie Taylor ("Nan") in the BBC One comedy series Catherine Tate's Nan (2009-2015) as well as in The Nan Movie (2022). Tate began her role as Nellie Bertram, a regular part in the Office's U.S. version, in the year 2011. The character remained an ongoing character until the conclusion of the show. She played Miss Sarah Postern on BBC One's sitcom Big School (2013)-2014 and Magica De Spell in DuckTales (2017-2021). Tate was one of the six characters she played in Hard Cell, a Netflix comedy series she wrote and directed with her co-writer.
