Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha is better well-known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, a famous British stage and screen actress who gained popularity after she starred in the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) series aired on the BBC channel. Gugu made her name by playing Tish Jones on the popular BBC show. The character was daughter of the main character called Martha Jones. The audience loved Gugu's spontaneity and was soon on the way to longevity in her acting career. She also has appeared in a variety of different British theatre and TV productions till date. The critics have been praising her for her performances of "Belle" (2013), an English period drama, and "Beyond the Lights" which is a romantic comedy. Gugu Mbatha Raw appeared in the play "Nell Gwynn" created by Jessica Swale as an actress who also served as the mistress to the king Charles II. The critics praised her performance and also nominated her for an Evening Standard Theatre Award. Gugu also received the Member of the Order of the British Empire award (MBE) from Queen Elizabeth II for her outstanding contributions to the dramatic.
Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on 25 February 1975. Handler was the youngest of six siblings in the family. Handler was the daughter of a car saleman and a homewife. Her mother is German who immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1958. Cancer of the breast was diagnosed in 1989. She died ten year following the diagnosis of cancer. Her father was Jewish and she grew up in Reform Judaism. Handler was born in a thriving neighborhood and enjoyed a pleasant childhood. At the age of 19 and made the move to Los Angeles to pursue her acting profession. Handler started acting to earn income. Handler began to do stand-up comics full-time once she was 21. It was clear that she is gifted at telling stories. At the beginning of her career Handler began her journey as part of the Oxygen network's all-female cast of Hidden Camera/Practical Joke Reality television series Girls Behaving in a Bad Way. The show aired on air from 2002 until 2005. Handler was also featured in various shows, such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her career as a correspondent for The Tonight Show. Handler gained notoriety in 2006 when she hosted a program for E! It was titled The Chelsea Show. Chelsea Handler's Show lasted for 2 seasons. Handler also performed in America on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. Stand-up performance by Handler has been shown by VH1 and Comedy Central's Premium Blend and HBO. In 2010, she announced that she would host for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. She became only the second female hosting the VMA's post Roseanne Barr.
